Low Carbon and Zero Waste Christmas celebrations

The Brixton Low Carbon Zone invites you to a fun-filled Christmas event.

The afternoon will include drop in workshops on how to make Christmas decorations at no cost, a Doctor Bike surgery and festive zero-waste food and drink.

You can also watch a pedal powered screening of 'Be Zero Waste- Join Brixton', a film featuring local Brixton residents from Loughborough estate. The video highlights different aspects of waste prevention like “love food hate waste” and real nappies.
