Calling all green teens to take part in Ambassadors for Change 2009!

  • December 7 Hammersmith Town Hall
This day of talks, workshops, activities and entertainment is designed to inspire pupils who are keen to start their own eco projects, helping them to meet like-minded young people and think about their own ways into the environmental and voluntary sectors.

Last year’s event was a resounding success, and pupils worked with Sustrans, TRAID, Young TimeBank and Envision to generate people powered energy, create recycled fashion and learn about inventive methods of campaigning.  Linley Golat, from Sion Manning School (RBKC) said pupils came away ‘with new knowledge about the issues, but also with a stronger sense of personal power’.
A similar all-star cast is planned for this year, and places are limited (up to 10 pupils per school), so book now!
